[openmapi.org devel] for info - new Exchange specs on MSDN

For those who didn't notice, Microsoft updated quite a lot of the Exchange 
specs on MSDN on Friday last week.

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc307725.aspx for a link that will 
take you the 53 Meg zip file.

Tom Devey posted a release note for it at

(its currently the first "Announcement" - click on the heading to open it up).
