Hi Johannes,

virtual folder is a good idea for servers, that most probably won't
implement a public account-contacts folder as I proposed. However
server vendors could implement it as a real folder as well. That
should be transparent for the client.

@johannes: What do you think, when will the virtual folder support be available?
@vipcom: What is your opinion? Does it make sense? Is this feasible near term?
