Hello, everyone!

Currently it is sometimes hard for everyone to keep track of where we
are heading and what's going on. I've opened the IRC channel #openmapi
on irc.freenode.net discussions related to OpenMapi.org: If you are
involved in or working on the OpenMapi.org I recommend to hang around
there, and especially ask questions there that you might might be
tempted to ask through jabber.

We will see how this works out.
